Rise Krispies

I baked rice krispie treats for P.B.J. Outreach this week.  I love making rice krispie treats, and I have made them many times before.  Because I had not gotten the chance to make them for Baking a Difference yet, I thought that this would be a good time to make them.  I had a fun time making these, especially because I had to make such a big batch.  It was more than I had ever made at once.  I also made them really thick so that they were easier to pack in the lunches for the homeless people receiving them.  I am glad that I can help out.
