P.B.J. Outreach

I often bake things for P.B.J. Outreach. It is an amazing organization that prepares lunches for homeless people, and gives the lunches to them every Saturday.  What they do is so great, and I love being able to help people in need.  This week I made cookies for them.  I was excited to bake something again after restarting school, and P.B.J. was the perfect place to start.  I have made these cookies so many times before.  The thing I really like is that every time I make them I learn something new, and I learn how to make them better for next time.  This time I perfected the size of the cookies, and how to make them turn out nice and big and chewy.
