I was finally able to return to baking after my move back home from college for the summer. I was so excited to bake, and I decided to bake as much as I could for P.B.J. Outreach (www.pbjoutreach.org). I wanted to continue on the search for the best chocolate chip cookie recipe, so I tried a new recipe that I found online after much research. After making a sample batch, the cookies turned out delicious, and 60 cookies later, I had a large donation ready to deliver to P.B.J. In addition to the new chocolate chip cookies, I returned to an old recipe for chocolate chip muffins that I had been wanting to bake again. They looked great, and I am proud of the two dozen muffins I was able to deliver. It was great to work with P.B.J. Outreach again, and I am always so happy that they enjoy receiving my baked goods!

I am back home from college for winter break, and I was so excited to start baking again. I decided to bake a big batch of cookies for PBJ Outreach. It was great to get back into my old routine of baking and giving back to such a wonderful organization. I had a lot of fun! I am moving back to Ann Arbor shortly, but I hope to have the ability to bake again soon!
